The event, which was organized by the Directorate of Human Resource and Organizational Development for 40 personnel aimed at providing refresher training to the security force to build their capacity towards enhanced performance in the execution of their duties.

During the training, the Nima/MTTD Commander and Resource Person, ASP Asong Ayrakwa, expressed the need for security personnel to be aware of all emergency exits available within their locality and be abreast of the current trends in security management in order to enhance the quality of safety to the University Community. He added that they should have a coded language which could be used to pick intelligence information and outsmart civil situations to their advantage.
