Directorate of Human Resource and Organisational Development exists to align its practices with University goals and objectives for the joint achievement of university and people success. The Directorate seeks to be a strategic partner, administrative expert, change agent, university and employee champion and employee developer to attract, develop and retain qualified employees with cutting edge technology, contemporary and fitting Human Resources practices for the university and its staff to succeed.
