We are excited to announce yet another outstanding achievement by our indefatigable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Emmanuel Ohene Afoakwa! Prof. has been adjudged the National Best Vice Chancellor in Ghana. The prestigious award which was conferred on him at the weekend by the National Academy of Students’ Achievements Awards Ghana (NASAAG) is in recognition and celebration of his visionary leadership, unwavering passion, and relentless dedication to transforming GCTU into a world-class university, particularly in the field of ICT training.
Under Prof. Afoakwa’s guidance, GCTU has embarked on an incredible journey to establish a Silicon Valley right here in Ghana. This ambitious agenda is already making remarkable progress and its impact can be felt throughout the higher education landscape. Prof. Afoakwa’s clear vision and commitment to fostering innovation and technological advancement are evident to everyone who witnesses the transformation unfolding in the university.
It is truly commendable that Prof. Afoakwa’s efforts have not gone unnoticed.
