Earlier, in his remarks, the Director of Edibeck Consult, Mr. Kwadwo Obiri Ampong, stated that six years ago, the programme began with a simple yet powerful vision to connect the youth with the wider world through education, cultural exchange, tourism innovation and technology. He noted that today it has grown into a dynamic initiative bridging continents and cultures, empowering young leaders, and opening doors to global perspectives. From humble beginnings in 2019 with just 13 participants, the programme has expanded to a delegation of 108 participants representing Ghana internationally in 2025.

Mr. Ampong elaborated that Ghana’s presence in Europe not only benefits students but also showcases the country’s potential, talent and promise, opening doors for cultural cooperation, academic exchange and investment opportunities, highlighting Ghana’s vibrant emerging generation as a magnet for investors.
Students from GCTU embarking on the educational tour across Europe, will be visiting the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France and are expected to return on August 14, 2025, bringing back valuable experiences and insights.
