    Faustina Amanor-Odametey (Mrs) is a distinguished professional with a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts honours degree in Sociology with Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon.

    Beginning her career as aprofessional trained teacher, she transitioned to Ghana Telecom in 2000 after about three years of teaching experience. Her passion for Human Resource Management (HRM) has been a driving force throughout her professional journey. To bolster her expertise in this field, she has pursued numerous courses and training programs, equipping herself with the skills needed to tackle future challenges.

    Beyond her professional pursuits, Faustina enjoys reading, writing, and listening to music during her leisure time. Looking forward, she harbors ambitions of transitioning into a role as a Management Consultant as she progresses in her career.

    Her multifaceted background and dedication to continuous learning underscore her commitment to personal growth and professional excellence. Her journey exemplifies resilience and a steadfast pursuit of knowledge in her chosen field of Human Resource Management. She is currently a Deputy Registrar in charge of Quality Assurance and Accreditation at the Directorate of Quality Assurance and Promotion (DQAP)

    Faustina received a citation for meritorious service during the 10th Anniversary Celebration at Ghana Technology University College (GTUC). This recognition was awarded in appreciation of her dedicated ten years of full-time employment , serving from 15th August 2006 to 15th August 2016. Her commitment and contributions during this period were acknowledged as integral to the university's progress and success.

    Ms. Lydia Serwaah Asare is a chartered professional administrator and management consultant with over 20 years of work experience in office management, quality assurance, customer experience, and project management.

    Before the attainment of the Chartered Professional in Administration and Management Consultancy from the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultancy(CIAMC), She held a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Total Quality Management, a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Management Studies, a High National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management Studies from the University of Professional Studies, the Central University and the Accra Technical University respectively.

    Ms. Asare is a multifaceted professional with exceptional experience in local and international institutions. She is currently an Assistant Registrar in charge of quality assurance-related activities such as monitoring, auditing, and evaluation at Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU).

    Prior to Ms Asare joining GCTU in 2013, she worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at TechMahindra Ghana (Airtel Ghana Call Centre), a Quality Assurance Specialist at Vodafone Ghana, and a Customer Service Executive at Exzeed Call Centre, Ghana.

    She believes that quality assurance is everyone’s responsibility. However, the philosophy of “doing it right” begins with the Quality Officer who sets the tone for culture excellence and accountability that ensures that everyone is working towards a common goal of delivery high- quality outcomes.
