Mrs. Benedicta Krampah Akoto Bitherman
Holds MA Information Studies, BA Information Studies and Linguistics all from University of Ghana, Legon & Diploma in Education, Wesley College, Kumasi. She is currently the Acting E-resources/ Graduate Librarian of the Ghana Communication Technology University Library, Accra main campus. She is a member of Ghana Library Association (GLA) and Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Ghana (CARLIGH).
Concerning job delivery, she demonstrates an organized and analytical actions, with an outstanding reputation for excellent teamwork and leadership skills. She always likes it when she is able to help someone solve his/her problem and wants to be part of something from the beginning. Credited to her are three publications.
Research interest: Information Literacy, User studies, Collection management, E-resources management, Institutional Repositories management, and Social media studies
