    Elias Kodjo Kekesi is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with a passion for education, research, and consulting. He has been a lecturer at the Department of Management Studies, Ghana Communication Technology University, since September 2018. With a decade of teaching and research experience, Elias has expertise in management, HR, psychology, and organisational development. He holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Ghana with a research focus on psychosocial hazards in emergency work.

    His research interests include personality, entrepreneurship, organisational citizenship behaviours, strategic management, safety-critical organisational contexts, job insecurity, employee psychological health and wellbeing, and human resource practices in emerging markets. Elias has co-published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and received the University of Ghana/Carnegie Corporation of New York PhD Research Grant.

    He is skilled in data analysis and visualization using software such as Stata, SPSS, R, MPlus, Tableau, and Power BI. Additionally, he is dedicated to coaching start-up businesses and their owner-managers as well as enhancing university-community relations.
