Deadline For Course Registration for First Semester Examination
The Registrar’s Office kindly informs the University Community that the deadline for Course Registration for End of First Semester Examination is Thursday, April 4, 2024.
Students are hereby reminded that failure to settle outstanding balances and complete course registration by April 4, 2024, will result in their inability to sit for the end of semester examination. It is crucial that all financial obligations are met and registration is completed in a timely manner to avoid any disruptions to academic progress.
Furthermore, students in this situation will be required to clear their outstanding fees before they can defer the semester. This is a necessary measure to maintain the integrity of academic processes and ensure fairness to all students.
All Faculty members, Department Heads, and Learning Center Coordinators are therefore urged to circulate this notice among students within their respective areas of responsibility. Your cooperation in disseminating this information is greatly appreciated.
