About the Programme


This programme is a joint undertaking between CASS Europe and Ghana Technology University College. It has a strong international orientation and is designed to prepare participants for management challenges of the 21st century where business is being increasingly shaped by the information and communication technology (ICT) revolution, globalization of markets, and enhanced competition. It is a one (1) year (i.e. two-semester) programme which provides participants with a good choice of specialization areas consistent with their personal interests and career plans. The programme will take you out of your comfort zone by opening your mind and extending your capabilities. You will be introduced to a range of new tools, while developing the flair necessary to successfully manage and motivate people. Programme participants are offered the opportunity of specializing in one of the following areas: Global Business, Global Finance, Marketing in the Digital Age, Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Supply Chain & Operations Management, ICT Management.

Note: following successful completion of the courses in their chosen area of concentration programme participants will then focus their full attention on preparing and orally defending the MBA thesis.

Entry Requirements

  • The CASS MBA is a one (1) year (i.e. two-semester) program for those who hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree (or a three-year Bachelor’s degree with Honor’s in the British system) with a minimum Second Class Lower Division. Applicants with a Higher National Diploma (minimum second class lower) and post qualification work experience of at least six (6) years will also be considered for admission.
  • Have a minimum of two years professional work experience. Applicants who do not have the requisite professional work experience but on the other hand show strong evidence of academic promise (as demonstrated by the level of grades obtained in their undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree programs) will also be considered for admission.
  • A very good oral and written command of the English language.
  • Applicants who are not native speakers of English or who do not hold a university level qualification taught in the English language will be required to undergo an English language test before a final decision could be made about the outcome of their application. Alternatively, applicants will be required to show proof of one of the following English language tests: TOEFL (minimum 550), TOEIC, IELTS (6.0), or other similar tests.
  • Two letters of recommendation.
  • A completed and signed application form

Ghanaians – UK £4000.00

International Students – UK £6,000.00
