Warning: Fraudulent Requests for Payment

Warning: Fraudulent Requests for Payment | Ghana Communication Technology University

It has come to the attention of the University that the telephone number 0531682047 has been sending messages to students and staff requesting money to fix result issues.

Please note that the University Administration will not request students or staff to send money through such means to resolve academic or result-related issues. Disregard such messages and do not send money or share personal information in response.

Students are reminded to take their academic responsibilities seriously by:

  • Registering semester courses on time.
  • Attending classes regularly.
  • Completing and submitting assignments.
  • Sitting for all scheduled examinations.
  • Paying attention to official University communications and following instructions and deadlines.

Failure to meet these requirements may negatively affect academic progress and results. Students are encouraged to address academic issues during the semester rather than waiting until results are released.

For clarification or verification, kindly visit the appropriate University office or the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs.
