    Faustina Amanor-Odametey (Mrs) is a distinguished professional with a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts honours degree in Sociology with Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon.

    Beginning her career as aprofessional trained teacher, she transitioned to Ghana Telecom in 2000 after about three years of teaching experience. Her passion for Human Resource Management (HRM) has been a driving force throughout her professional journey. To bolster her expertise in this field, she has pursued numerous courses and training programs, equipping herself with the skills needed to tackle future challenges.

    Beyond her professional pursuits, Faustina enjoys reading, writing, and listening to music during her leisure time. Looking forward, she harbors ambitions of transitioning into a role as a Management Consultant as she progresses in her career.

    Elias Kodjo Kekesi is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with a passion for education, research, and consulting. He has been a lecturer at the Department of Management Studies, Ghana Communication Technology University, since September 2018. With a decade of teaching and research experience, Elias has expertise in management, HR, psychology, and organisational development. He holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Ghana with a research focus on psychosocial hazards in emergency work.

    His research interests include personality, entrepreneurship, organisational citizenship behaviours, strategic management, safety-critical organisational contexts, job insecurity, employee psychological health and wellbeing, and human resource practices in emerging markets. Elias has co-published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and received the University of Ghana/Carnegie Corporation of New York PhD Research Grant.

    He is skilled in data analysis and visualization using software such as Stata, SPSS, R, MPlus, Tableau, and Power BI. Additionally, he is dedicated to coaching start-up businesses and their owner-managers as well as enhancing university-community relations.

    Mr Frank Boateng is a lecturer and researcher in the field of information systems at Ghana Communication Technology University. He is actively involved in research activities and serves as the Department of Information Systems' representative on the Faculty of Computing and Information Systems Board, as well as the department examinations officer. He has supervised a number of undergraduate and postgraduate students’ project works and theses, respectively, and continues to supervise students’ theses. He is also a reviewing editor for the International Journal of Decision Support System Technology (IJDSST). Prior to joining the faculty, he was the Senior Information Technology Officer with the then Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) at Ghana Technology University College (GTUC).

    Frank has received training from prestigious institutions like Coventry University, UK, the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), the Admintelecom Academy, and Anglican Secondary School, all in Ghana. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD program with the Department of Information Systems with the Faculty of Accounting & Informatics (FAI) at Durban University of Technology (DUT) in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa, which is further contributing to his research expertise in the fields of information systems and technology, digital transformation, the Internet of Things (IoT), libraries, and information science, among others. His transferable networking, leadership, strategic planning, and technical skills make him a valuable asset to the university.

    His leadership qualities are evident in his experience of taking on supervisory roles and leading projects in academic and non-profit organizations. In these roles, he has used his strategic planning skills to develop and implement programs and initiatives that have helped committees in the department and the faculty in general in the university, as well as other organizations such as Rotary International, to achieve their objectives. He has also trained staff and volunteers, ensuring that they have the skills necessary to carry out their roles effectively.

    Frank’s technical expertise in fiber optic technology, computing, and information systems management has allowed him to work on projects that require a high level of technical proficiency. He has been involved in projects related to the installation, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic systems, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in this field.

    Frank is happily married to Eunice Boateng (Mrs), Senior Assistant Registrar and Head of Department Welfare and Compensation at Ghana Communication Technology University's Directorate of Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD). They are blessed with three children: Papa Yaw Buah Boateng, Owureku Danquah Boateng, and Maame Efua Nyarko Akyere Boateng.
