PHOTOS: GCTU Officially Outdoors new Security Uniforms
The Ghana Technology University College officially outdoors new security uniform in accordance with the Ghana Police Service directive for Private Security Operators in the country.
Addressing the parade, President of the University, Professor Emmanuel Ohene Afoakwa who also launched the new uniforms expressed management’s appreciation to the Security Department and guards for the continuous provision of effective security on GTUC Campuses.
Professor Afoakwa asked the guards to continue working hard for the development of the University. The President also indicated that guards were going to benefit from capacity building, staff welfare and development packages that has been instituted by management.
Acting Head of Security, Mr Kwame Owusu Afram indicated that all security guards and supervisors had been given three(3) sets of Uniforms, two(2) caps and new boots. He expresses appreciation on behalf of the security department to management for giving the department new uniforms and accoutrements.
