MSc Engineering & Management (with Coventry University)
About the Programme
It is a 1 year (2-3 years for part-time) collaborative programme between Ghana Technology University College (GTUC) and Coventry University in UK. The course provides the inter linkages between manufacturing strategy and a company’s corporate strategy. It offers students the capacity to understand the requirements of manufacturing industry and its supply chain. The course delivers sound practice of management in an industrial enterprise. It also prepares students for a strategic role within a manufacturing organization.
Modules to be taken are:
- Supply Chain Management
- Project Management
- Strategic Management
- Contracting Management/ Organizational Behaviour & HRM
- Quality Management & Six Sigma / Marketing Management
- Financial Analyses for Managers/Purchasing Management
- Sustainability & Environ. Mgt Systems/M-Commerce
- Lean Operations/Entrepreneurship & Innovation for Managers
Entry Requirements
First degree with a minimum grade point average of 2.2 in Engineering related programme from an accredited university or college. Mature candidates must have a Higher National Diploma certificate with a minimum of second class lower and post qualification work experience of at least six (6) years.
Programme fee
Ghanaians – UK £5,000.00
International Students – UK £6,000.00
