The Academic Affairs Office wishes to inform all members of the University Community, especially past students of the 35th Congregation (29th November 2025 Graduating Class), that certificates from KNUST will be available for collection starting:
Today, Wednesday, 22nd April 2026
Time: 10:00 am daily
Requirements for Collection:
Graduates are required to present the following documents before certificates can be issued:
- Completed Clearance Form with Graduation Fee Receipt attached
- Student Statement obtained from the Finance Office (Room 12)
- Valid Identification: GCTU ID Card and/or Ghana Card
All eligible graduates are encouraged to take note and comply with the above requirements to facilitate a smooth collection process.
