Welcome to University Relations

We are the primary strategist for communications for the University College and the primary point of contact for accurate information about GTUC. We are leaders in advancing and positioning the University College as a world-class institution and in forecasting and managing emerging issues. The office communicates on behalf of the University College with a wide range of constituencies including students, faculty, staff, news media, political leaders, alumni, donors, community leaders, etc.

The work of the University Relations office is coordinated from the main campus in Accra but liaises with all regional campuses as well. The UR Office provides public relations support and counsel to faculties and units, including developing communications plans and messages. The Office also works with other offices in a cross functional mode to advance the course of the University College. These offices include the Academic Partnership, Institutional Advancement, Students Affairs, and Admissions among others.
