    Mr. Kwame Owusu-Ansah Owusu Afram is a Chartered Human Resource Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience in the HR field. He has a broad background in both the public and private sectors, and since 2013, he has been with Ghana Communication Technology University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Registrar and Head of Admissions at the university.

    In addition to his role at the university, Mr. Afram is the President of the Ghana Communication Technology University chapter of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA) and represents GAUA on the University Council.
