I am a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at Ghana Communication Technology University. I have also been a marketing and entrepreneurship lecturer at Dominion University College and Regent University College in Ghana. At Regent, I was doubling as the Director of Educational Support Services, with the duty of bridging the gap between students and industry.

Professional Training
I am an associate member of AdvanceHE (Teaching Skills Masterclass - TSMC), APM Group (Accrediting Professionals in Project Management PRINCE2) (all in The United Kingdom), EMES International Research Network and Association of African Entrepreneurs.
Positions Held
In addition to lecturing presently, I am a Coordinator of Entrepreneurship and a member of the Research and Innovation Committee in the Business School.
Research Areas
My research interests include social entrepreneurship, indigenous entrepreneurship, small & medium enterprise development, scaling and Internationalisation of firms through constrained-based innovations in Emerging Markets.
In my role as an academic, I have taught students causes like entrepreneurship, innovation management, principles of marketing, marketing management, international business management and other entrepreneurship and marketing related courses. I also offer my expertise to numerous high-profile organisations in public, private, NGO, and SME sectors.
I am passionate about agribusiness because of my background and experience as an Agricultural Extension Officer with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Ghana. I assisted rural farmers in the best practices of producing, processing and marketing farm products for livelihood. In addition, I delivered entrepreneurial training to service users in the cottage industry with emphasis on ornamental plants, fruit & vegetable production and marketing as an Outreach Employment Officer at Heritage Care in London, the United Kingdom.
