PhD in ICT

 

PhD in Information and Communications Technology   (in Collaboration with Aalborg University, Denmark)

The PhD in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is designed to refine the level of knowledge of students on the mechanisms, economic and political structures affecting technology development in ICT. It also considers the impact of implementation and application of ICTs on the broader social developments. The programme provides a unique option for students wishing to pursue careers in the ICT industry, research departments of public and private organizations, and in major academic institutions.

Courses

Students will be required to take courses to cover the following areas:

  • Mobile Applications and Services
  • ICT regulation and markets
  • ICT Design and organizations

Seminars/Conferences & Research Workshops Workshops/Conferences and seminars will be based on the core study areas indicated above.
